Reiki is a holistic treatment, using the laying of hands on energy centres. We are spiritual beings with energy centres, more commonly known as chakras. If these chakras become blocked or unbalanced this can really show up in our lives. These energy centres act as our vital life force energy, if the spiritual aspect of our being becomes unbalanced or blocked, our vital life force energy can’t flow freely or efficiently, leading to physical, mental and emotional issues.

This may range from physical pain, discomfort, even disease within the physical body. It may lead to closing yourself off to emotions, even self love or compassion for yourself and others. You may suffer from depression and anxiety, irritability, stress, addiction. You may suffer from insomnia or chronic fatigue. You may lack focus and purpose in your life.

If there is a physical, mental, emotional problem in your life, it usually shows up in the spiritual body before it manifests into the physical. Prevention is better than cure, so regular Reiki treatments can help the flow of universal life force energy , ensuring optimal health in all areas of your life. If there is a block anywhere this can be addressed with the power of Reiki ,so you can be restored back to optimal health.

A Reiki treatment is also great to reduce stress and to aid in relaxation. My Reiki treatments are undertaken in my therapy room in Moseley, Birmingham . I offer 30 minute sessions and 1 hour sessions . I start my session with a quick consultation. I also offer distant healing for those who are unable to travel.
