Your Path to Peace is a guided 8-week journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your energy and gently release what you have been carrying.

What Is Your Path to Peace?

Your Path to Peace is an 8-week transformational programme combining energy healing, mindfulness and emotional awareness techniques.
It was created for women who feel stuck in cycles of stress, overthinking and emotional exhaustion and are ready to reconnect with themselves.

Throughout the programme you will be guided through a gentle but powerful process designed to help you return to a natural state of calm, balance and self-awareness.

Sessions are available in person or online, creating a safe and supportive environment for your healing journey.

The Journey

Over the course of this 8-week programme you will move through Eight carefully designed stages of healing and self-awareness.
Each stage builds upon the one before it, gently guiding you from emotional overwhelm towards greater clarity, balance and inner peace.

This journey helps you reconnect with yourself, understand your energy and develop practical tools that support calm and wellbeing in everyday life.

The Eight Stages of Your Path to Peace

Stage 1 – Four energy healing sessions spaced throughout the programme, designed to target specific chakras, clear energetic and ancestral blockages, and restore balance within the body’s energy system.

Stage 2 – Grounding and Protection
Learn how to stabilise your energy and create a sense of safety and emotional balance within yourself.

Stage 3 – Chakra Awareness
Understand your energy system and how emotional experiences can create energetic imbalances.

Stage 4 – Mindfulness
Develop the ability to anchor yourself in the present moment and calm an overactive mind.

Stage 5 – Hakalau Meditation
A powerful awareness practice that expands perception and promotes deep relaxation.

Stage 6 – Working with Energy
Learn how to sense, understand and regulate your own energy. Plus work with hidden energies

Stage 7- Ho’oponopono and Forgiveness
A deeply healing process for releasing emotional weight and restoring inner harmony.

Stage 8- Integration and Awareness
Bring everything together so you can move forward with greater clarity, balance and self-awareness.

What You’ll Receive

When you join Your Path to Peace, you will be supported through a nurturing 8-week journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself and create lasting inner calm.

Throughout the programme you will receive:
Personal One-to-One Support
This is a deeply personal journey and you will be supported throughout the process.

You will receive individual guidance to help you integrate the practices, reflect on your experiences and move through each stage with confidence.

In-Person Healing Sessions
For those attending locally, sessions can take place in a calm and supportive healing environment where you can fully relax and experience the benefits of guided practices and energy work.

Online Zoom Sessions
If you prefer to join remotely, sessions are also available via Zoom, allowing you to take part in the programme from the comfort of your own home.

Your Path to Peace Workbook
You will receive a beautifully designed workbook to guide you through the programme.

This includes reflections, exercises and practices to help deepen your awareness and support your journey throughout the eight weeks.

About Charlene

Hi, I’m Charlene.
I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, Mindfulness Teacher and NLP Practitioner passionate about helping women reconnect with their inner peace.

My own journey into healing began through deep personal challenges that led me to explore emotional and energetic healing more deeply.

Discovering Reiki became a turning point in my life, opening the door to a deeper understanding of how emotional experiences and energy are connected.

This journey eventually led me to train professionally so I could support others experiencing similar struggles.

Today my mission is simple:

To help overwhelmed women reconnect with themselves and rediscover the calm that already exists within them.
